Some projects connect us directly with the essence of what we do. At Hacienda Las Brisas, the request was clear: create an outdoor space that felt like part of nature itself, without sacrificing comfort or modern aesthetics.

The challenge:

A large rural lot with incredible views, but without any landscaping. The client wanted an organic pool, without straight lines, with natural materials and that would blend into the landscape as if it had always been there.

The Korax approach:

Pool with free forms and soft curves, inspired by natural ponds.

Quartzite and volcanic stone liners for a more organic texture. Ecological filtering system that reduces the use of chemicals. Artificial waterfall with natural rocks and gravity circulation system. Gardens with tropical plants, stone paths and a fire pit area with integrated benches.

Result:

The project achieved what seemed impossible: a perfect transition between the built and the natural. It is a space for rest, meditation and connection.

In the center of the city, square meters are gold. So when we received the request to convert an urban terrace into a relaxing space with a swimming pool, we knew the challenge was exciting.

The challenge:

A penthouse with a 50m² terrace, on top of a building in the El Encino area. The client’s request was clear: a functional, modern, aesthetic pool, adaptable to the urban environment, without losing privacy and elegance.

Plunge pool style pool, ideal for cooling off and relaxing, with Bali stone lining in green and turquoise tones.

Silent and hidden filtering system, so as not to interfere with the aesthetics and space. Perimeter deck with technological wood and minimalist Italian-designed furniture. RGB lighting system controlled by app, ideal to change the ambiance according to the moment.

Result:

The terrace became an oasis in the middle of the concrete. By day, a cool and relaxing space. By night, an elegant postcard with breathtaking views of the city.

The challenge:

An irregular terrain, with an old deteriorated concrete structure, without vegetation or planning. What they were looking for was much more than a swimming pool: they wanted a space where their children could play safely, where they could relax in the afternoons, and which would also enhance the aesthetic and functional value of their home.

The proposal:

After a detailed inspection, we proposed a comprehensive design that included:

A modern rectangular pool with infinity edge, lined with natural stone.

A weather resistant synthetic wood deck with lounge area. Warm LED lighting, ideal for family evenings and nights. A steel and wood pergola, allowing partial shade and ventilation. Planters with low maintenance plants to liven up the environment.

Result:

In less than 8 weeks, the patio has become the heart of the home. The family uses it daily, whether for a leisurely breakfast, an afternoon of games or gatherings with friends.
